Some of my goals for this year are below:
- Lose weight- I probably say this every year, but working at home over the last couple years left me sitting in front of my computer more often than when I went to the office. It was a side affect of my computer timing out and saying I was unavailable whenever I took a short break. With more days spent at the office, my movement numbers are naturally up, but more needs to be done as we go into 2023. More dog walks, less DoorDash, etc.
