Stop the presses! Lightroom Mobile has added Raw support to iOS.
I have been waiting for this feature for as long as I have had an iPad and it is finally here!
They also added some local adjustment features, but the Apple Pencil isn' mentioned, so I am not sure it is compatible at this point. I am sure there will be some tutorials available, so I plan to look into that.
